Drainsafe Anti-Entrapment Pool Drain Covers are
ANSI/ASME A112.19.8.2007 certified compliant and
are made for a water flow up to 123 gallons
per minute at 1.5 feet per second. Open surface
area of the drain cover is 27 square inches and
is designed to shed hair away from the flow of
water to eliminate hair entrapment. Constructed
of UV protected, chemically resistant, NSF 61
certified PVC material and includes T-316 mounting
hardware and security installation tool. |

It works on a self-shedding principal through a hi-low step design as the bather raises their head .
