Positive Shut Modulating Diaphragm Valve
This modulating valve is designed for applications where a tight
shut-off is required due to filter tanks or surge chambers
located below grade. The valve prevents an overflow or flooding
of the filter room in case of pump shut-down while providing
standard modulation of the main drain during operation. Valve
configuration is normally closed and is activated by source
water from the pool recirculating pump or auxiliary water
supply. |

(Top View)Modulating Diversion Valves
The diversion valve body is constructed of schedule 80 PVC with
all other components (consisting of main shift, water disk,
floats and float arms, bolts, nuts and washers) made of 304
stainless steel. Valve disk is in 20% open position with the
floats up and fully open with the floats down. All units include
Teflon bushings. Please refer to the diagram and chart below for
complete sizing information. For horizontal applications
only.
