FINIS agility hand paddles are ergonomically shaped to fit the natural contour of the hand and the convex design encourages the paddles to have increased traction with the water and promote early catch. FINIS agility hand paddles are strapless swim paddles that will remain in place if the swimmer maintains early vertical forearm position.
