For adding resistance to swimming, the StrechCordz Long Belt Slider is the leading in-water swim training tool. It provides swim-out and pull-back resistance to improve strength and stamina. A proprietary, embedded safety cord runs the full length of the tubing and acts as a limiter to help prevent over-stretching. The StrechCordz Long Belt Slider is ideal for use in 25-yard or 25-meter pools.

StrechCordz Training Aids resistance levels are determined by the pounds of pull used to stretch tubing from one to three times its length – also known as its working range. Available in yellow, green and red resistance levels.
