Chemtrol CO2 Gas pH Control System controls carbon dioxide, a natural, non-corrosive gas that can be used as a substitute for liquid acid. The Chemtrol CO2 Gas pH Control System – Auto Switch is designed for 2 or more CO2 cylinders on the same feed line and will switch automatically over to the second cylinder when pressure gets low. CO2 is available in standard pressurized gas cylinders. CO2 does increase water alkalinity and is not recommended in applications where high alkalinity is problematic.
