SDS Exercise Ball
Thera-band's SDS (Slow Deflate System) exercise balls are made of a specially formulated vinyl compound that holds its integrity if punctured. These balls take an average of 8-10 minutes to deflate, making them ideal for use in situations where safety is a primary concern.
